Order Processing Times:

Please allow 7- 10 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 4 pm CST will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 5-7 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process that next business day.

Presently we do not offer international shipping

Shipping Policies:
All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) and can take 5-7 Business Days for delivery. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves for processing.

The shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the incorrect address.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Tress Organix LLC ships all orders based on the address given at the time the order is placed. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued if any part of the address provided are incorrect. 

Please verify your address before placing your order. If your order contains the wrong address please notify us via email: tressorganix@gmail.com. If the customer enters an incorrect address on a package that has been sent out. The customer must reach out to the carrier to intercept the package. 

Tracking Your Order: 

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order visit the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Tress Organix LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tress Organix LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damange product & Incorrect Orders:
Tress Organix LLC is not responsible if you receive damaged products or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 14 days of placing your order. 

Items Not In Stock:

Tress Organix LLC definitely strives to have all products available for shipping. We will take all steps to notify you in a prompt manner should this situation occur. If items from your order are available, we will ship and place the remaining items on back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

Return & Exchange policy:

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please Email us at tressorganix@gmail.com. We need you to return all unused products within 10 business days. 

Be sure to include your invoice with information about your returned item. Please remember to write down your delivery tracking number for future reference. Please allow 5 -7 days for delivery and processing of your return order. I sincerely thank you for your business and look forward to you purchasing again.

NOTE: Shipping is at your expense. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
