Tress Organix LLC ships all orders via USPS at 4 PM each day. When processed, your order will be shipped via USPS.

Delivery Time
For US Orders: Normal delivery takes 2-7 business days
Presently we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Policies
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves for processing.

The shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the incorrect address.

Order Processing Times
Please allow 3 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 4 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-5 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process that next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Information: 
If a package is returned to Tress Organix LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the redelivery cost. Tress Organix LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Items not in Stock:
Tress Organix LLC definitely strives to have all products available for shipping. We will take all steps to notify you in a prompt manner should this situation occur. If items from your order are available, we will ship and place the remaining items on back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed that have been delivered to the address provided for an order. 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Tress Organix LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tress Organix LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

DAMAGED PRODUCT AND INCORRECT ORDERS: 
Tress Organix LLC is not responsible if you receive damaged products or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly, you must contact us by phone or email within 15 days of placing your order. 

Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation e-mail. All orders are shipped within 3 business days after the order has been placed and will arrive 5-7 business days after it is shipped. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. Tress Organix stands behind all products we sell. If there is a discrepancy with your order please contact via email or phone by 6 AM Central Standard Time the next business day. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at info@tressorganix.com.
